Well right now, it’s Lent. I gave up eating when I’m not hungry, and I’m really strict about making sure that I keep my Lent promises. Also, knowing that I’m only going to eat when I’m hungry gives me more of a reason to eat healthy and eat fruit, because I’d rather eat healthy and feel emotionally and physically good, rather than eating junk like chips or chocolate and feeling like I have no energy to workout.
